Can Marroig and Punta de Sa Pedrera

A breathtaking rocky outcrop surrounded by nature and turquoise waters.

Visiting the eastern coast, between the port of La Savina and Cala Saona, you can find a steep coastline formed by a desert of rocks with strange and curious shapes, which is known as Sa Pedrera and was once a quarry.

Visiting this coast by boat from the sea allows you to enjoy the enormous marine wealth it possesses. It is recommended for snorkeling because of its shallowness and proximity to the coast and it is common to find bathers and excursionists enjoying the beauty of its Posidonia-covered seabed.

This varied landscape is completed by the nearby wooded area where the Can Marroig estate is located. Here you can enjoy the shade of the pines and junipers or make use of its facilities for a brief rest or a family picnic.

In addition, this area offers visitors information and educational activities related to the protected natural environment.
