Scuba Diving Baptism: The island offers the perfect environment and conditions to begin diving, giving beginners the opportunity to take the plunge directly into the sea and explore environments as paradisiacal as the Es Freus Marine Reserve.
And for those who, having made their first dive, want to continue enjoying the world of scuba diving, Formentera’s diving schools offer courses ranging from the most elementary to the most advanced.

Snorkelling: This modality allows you to reach the most remote places on the island and explore them with just a pair of goggles, a snorkel and flippers. Formentera is known for its white sandy seabed but also has spectacular rocky sea floors that are home to a rich and varied flora and fauna.
