Si vous n\u2019avez pas envie de vous aventurer seul et que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez suivre un<b> itin\u00e9raire balis\u00e9<\/b>, \u00e0 Formentera vous en trouverez deux, avec diff\u00e9rents niveaux et terrains courir (<b>acc\u00e9dez \u00e0 une carte<a href=\"https:\/\/www.formentera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Mapa12rutas.pdf\"> ici<\/a><\/b>).<\/p>\n<p>En outre, tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, plusieurs courses annuelles organis\u00e9es pour rivaliser, participer ou simplement courir accompagn\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place \u00e0 Formentera.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FART (Formentera All Round Trail).\u00a0Courses de 72,5 km qui parcourent la c\u00f4te de l\u2019\u00eele avec d\u00e9part et arriv\u00e9e au port de La Savina. En m\u00eame temps, il y a la Half Round Formentera Trail de 39,5 km. Et le Tros de Fart de 21 km. Les trois \u00e9preuves ont lieu d\u00e9but <strong>mars<\/strong>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trailformentera.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.trailformentera.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u201cCursa de la Dona\u201d,\u00a0 (Course de la Femme), d\u00e9but mars, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cDe Far a Far\u201d,\u00a0(D\u2019un phare \u00e0 un autre), course populaire et marche \u00e0 pied qui relie les deux phares de l\u2019\u00eele, celui de La Mola et celui d\u2019Es Cap de Barbaria. Elle a lieu au mois d\u2019avril et la distance \u00e0 parcourir est de 26 km. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elitechip.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.elitechip.net<\/a><\/li>\n<li>La Media Marat\u00f3n Popular Illa de Formentera\u00a0 (Semi-marathon populaire \u00eele de Formentera) parcourt l\u2019\u00eele d\u2019un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre, couvrant 21 km. Il a lieu d\u00e9but <b>mai <\/b>et convoque des centaines de participants venus de partout. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marato-formentera.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.marato-formentera.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Formentera to Run\u00a0 associe vacances et comp\u00e9tition. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une course de fond qui a lieu sur une semaine d\u00e9but <b>juin<\/b>. Elle parcourt l\u2019\u00eele en 5 \u00e9tapes (distance totale 60 km) permettant d\u2019avoir du temps libre l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi pour se reposer et profiter de l\u2019\u00eele. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.formenteratorun.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.formenteratorun.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Milla urbana Formentera + 5K.\u00a0 (Mille urbaine Formentera + 5K). Elle a lieu d\u00e9but juillet \u00e0 Es Pujols. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elitechip.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.elitechip.net<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Triatl\u00f3n Isla de Formentera.\u00a0(Triathlon \u00eele de Formentera). Il a lieu \u00e0 Pujols, d\u00e9but octobre. Deux modalit\u00e9s : olympique et sprint. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.triatlonformentera.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.triatlonformentera.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Subida a la Mola. (Mont\u00e9e de la Mola). Elle a lieu \u00e0 l\u2019occasion des f\u00eates d\u2019El Pilar (12 octobre), elle a une cat\u00e9gorie pour les petits gar\u00e7ons et les petites filles et une autre absolue, qui consiste \u00e0 monter depuis Es Cal\u00f3 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 El Pilar de la Mola et redescendre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Es Cal\u00f3. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elitechip.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.elitechip.net<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Cross popular Illa de Formentera.\u00a0 (Cross populaire \u00eele de Formentera). Il a lieu sur la plage d\u2019IIlletes en novembre. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elitechip.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.elitechip.net<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Carrera de la Constituci\u00f3n Memorial John Tunks, (Course de la Constitution Memorial John Tunks), qui a lieu d\u00e9but<b> d\u00e9cembre<\/b>. C\u2019est une course pour les petits gar\u00e7ons et les petites filles, d\u2019un parcours de 400 m, pendant que les adultes peuvent choisir entre la course populaire de 2 800 m et celle de 12 km, qui contourne l\u2019Estany Pudent.
