There will be 2,000 places in the 21km race and 1,000 in the 8km race.<\/p>\n

Given the large number of requests received, the organisation holds a draw to select the athletes who will compete in the two races each year.<\/p>\n

The Government of the Balearic Islands together with the Balearic Islands Tourism Agency are the main sponsors of this Formentera Half Marathon and 8 km race, giving their support to the sustainable sporting tourism that participates in the event.<\/p>\n

This agreement allows the organisation to continue holding a trial that is now considered a benchmark in the world of running at a national and international level.<\/p>\n
