International Day of Yoga<\/h2>\n

June 21st<\/strong><\/p>\n

The International Day of Yoga is celebrated on June 21, date promulgated by the UN to raise awareness of the benefits of practicing this holistic discipline of well-being, which works in a comprehensive, harmonious and balanced way all areas of the human being and respecting the cycles of nature.<\/p>\n

During this day, yoga master classes are held on the island of Formentera.<\/p>\n

This event is promoted by the Tourism Area of the Consell de Formentera to position the island also as a wellness destination and promote it in society, in addition to sustainability, values with which they feel.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]

International Day of Yoga<\/h4>\n

June 21st 2022<\/h4>\n

June 21st is the date promulgated by the UN to raise awareness among the population about the benefits of practicing yoga, a holistic discipline of well-being that works, in a comprehensive, harmonious and balanced way, all areas of the human being.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of this celebration, the Consell Insular de Formentera and Puro Bienestar will once again celebrate a unique masterclass in the Port of La Savina by the hand of a top professional, and with international projection: the model and yogi Ver\u00f3nica Blume<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In this event, entitled The way back to you, will be held a special, intimate and very personal practice. We will enjoy, then, a master class of yoga from the feeling, which will take the assistant to start, remember or resume that path that takes him back to himself.<\/p>\n
