The Formentera Half Marathon and 8km race is a unique opportunity to traverse a few kilometres of authentic natural beauty in an idyllic setting.
There will be 2,000 places in the 21km race and 1,000 in the 8km race.
Given the large number of requests received, the organisation holds a draw to select the athletes who will compete in the two races each year.
The Government of the Balearic Islands together with the Balearic Islands Tourism Agency are the main sponsors of this Formentera Half Marathon and 8 km race, giving their support to the sustainable sporting tourism that participates in the event.
This agreement allows the organisation to continue holding a trial that is now considered a benchmark in the world of running at a national and international level.
